This document constitutes the "Privacy Policy" of XSITE PROPERTIES, S.A.P.I. DE C.V. (hereinafter "XSITE"), with address located at Avenida Eucalipto #2399 Int. D, Colonia Rivera, Mexicali, Baja California, pursuant to Articles 15 and 16 of the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales (the "LFPDP"). This Privacy Policy applies to information collected by XSITE, in its capacity as Responsible under the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility, as provided in the LFPDP.
XSITE respects your right to privacy and protection of personal data, sensitive personal data, including your financial or patrimonial data, which are protected under the Law. The personal data that you voluntarily provide us or have provided, are completely confidential and are preserved with appropriate security measures, to protect against possible damage, loss, alteration or unauthorized access.
In XSITE we are committed with the Protection of Personal Data of our customers, collaborators, suppliers, visitors, so in the following lines we describe the personal data to be processed, the purpose for which they are collected, as well as the options and means that will be used for the exercise of your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition that are made:
- Personal data such as identification data (name, address, cell phone, age);
- Employment data (job applications, recommendations, personal references); and
- Property data (real estate, income and expenses).
The above data are listed enunciatively, but not limited, and are collected for the sole and exclusive purpose of providing you with information about our services and properties, processing transactions and managing your account, communicating with you regarding updates, property offerings, and events, as well as any other related matters. XSITE will proceed to the deletion prior blocking of personal data once they fulfill the purpose that justified their processing, and relevant information will be provided through the established mechanisms.
XSITE will not request sensitive personal data from the user covered by this policy.
XSITE states that the personal data will not be transferred to third parties, and if such case arises, XSITE will first request your consent at all times. If the user who owns the information does not express opposition to the transfer of their personal data, it shall be understood that they have consented it.
The user who owns the information may exercise his right to Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition of his personal data, as well as the revocation of his consent, sending his request to the following methods. The cancellation of personal data will not be executed if the conditions outlined in Articles 26 and 34 of the LFPDP are applicable. We will gladly comply with the request we receive from the user, the owner of the information or their legal representative seeking to exercise their rights to Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition of their personal data in possession of XSITE, sending the physical or electronic request to the following methods that we make available to you:

To ensure a timely response in compliance with the law, we recommend attaching your request with the following information: Name, address, and any additional details that can help contact you. Please also include a document verifying your identity, specify the rights you wish to exercise, and provide details of the personal data involved. If you are requesting rectification of personal data, please include supporting documentation for your request.
At any time, you may revoke the consent you have granted us for the processing of your personal data, so that we cease using them, through the described mechanism.
XSITE undertakes to inform users and data owners, through any means including electronic, in the event that this privacy policy undergoes any updates and/or modifications. This is to provide an opportunity for you to express any concerns or objections. In the absence of any negative response or comments, it will be understood that you accept the new privacy policy with its changes.
Additionally, if you believe that your right to the protection of your personal data has been violated, we inform you that you can file a complaint with the Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos Personales (INAI).
